RAD is happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal $20+. This offer is available for orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. Services used to send free shipments: USPS First Class and Priority Mail, FEDEX Home Delivery and Smartpost, and UPS services will be considered. Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include: Alaska, Hawaii, and off shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico; APO/FPO and PO Boxes addresses; International orders; Wholesale orders.
DOMESTIC ORDERS(CONTIGUOUS U.S.)
In-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours from our Denver warehouse, and will arrive in 3 - 7 business days. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship when your complete order becomes available.
Our warehouse processes online orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm (Mountain Time) will not be processed until the following business day. Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. For a complete list of all U.S. Holidays observed by our carriers, please feel free to visit their website (USPS, UPS and FedEx). Weather conditions may affect transit times as well. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
For all orders shipping within the contingent United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses), RAD uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx services. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and the service method selected.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
In-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship when your complete order becomes available. International shipments can take anywhere from 10-21 business days to completely process through customs to the end destination. *Customs time depends on countries' customs process.
